Services & Visits
Appointments with our physicians are self-pay only. Our office does not participate with insurance and does not submit claim information for processing. Patients are responsible for payment in full at the time of the appointment.
For patients receiving treatment from one of our Osteopathic Physicians, we recommend asking the insurance provider if the plan covers out-of-network osteopathic manipulation treatments and/or trigger point injections. For patients receiving treatment from one of our Naturopathic Physicians, we recommend asking the insurance provider if the plan covers office visits with an out-of-network Naturopathic Physician and/or acupuncture treatments. We also advise asking for details regarding any out-of-network deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.

The initial visit will involve a discussion of your health history, current issues/symptoms, comprehensive physical exam and an osteopathic structural exam. Based off this information Dr. Geis will create a plan of your treatment options including: potential lifestyle changes, targeted exercise and strengthening prescription, supplementation, etc. Dr. Geis includes osteopathic structural assessment and treatment during all sessions. Dr. Geis will also recommend the appropriate referral, diagnostic studies and lab-request forms as needed.
