At Integrative Family Medicine we offer high-quality services to promote natural healing. These can stand alone or, in many cases, be combined depending on the recommended treatment plan created during your initial visit. Appointments with our physicians are self-pay only. Our office does not participate with insurance and does not submit claim information for processing. Patients are responsible for payment in full at the time of the appointment.
After each appointment, patients may request a coded form to submit for potential reimbursement*. To determine possible reimbursement amounts, we recommend that patients contact their insurance provider prior to their first visit to determine plan coverage.

New Patient Office Visit
1 hour 15 minutes
The initial visit will involve a discussion of your health history, current issues/symptoms, comprehensive physical exam and an osteopathic structural exam. Based off this information Dr. Geis will create a plan of your treatment options including: potential lifestyle changes, targeted exercise and strengthening prescription, supplementation, etc. Dr. Geis includes osteopathic structural assessment and treatment during all sessions. Dr. Geis will also recommend the appropriate referral, diagnostic studies and lab-request forms as needed.
Return Patient Office Visit
45 minutes - 1 hour
Return visits will vary based on your needs at the time of the appointment. During this visit we will check in regarding your health and progress and can make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. We can also take this time to answer in-depth questions/concerns, discuss lab results, etc.
